Both in summer and winter, the Hotel Fafleralp is something for connoisseurs, hikers and gourmets! The Fafleralp has had a lively hotel tradition since 1908. Until the road to the Fafleralp was opened in the early 1970s, all the equipment and often the guests were taken up to the alp by mule. Charlie Chaplin was the most famous guest in the 1960s.
